Payment
Payments can be made by cash or by check to Kindermusik with Kathy at the time of registration. At the time of registration, a $100 deposit or full payment is required in the form of check or cash. We offer three payments plan options- full payment, two payments (deposit at first class, balance due mid-session) or three payments (deposit at first class, balance split over the session.)

Registration
A registration form and payment must be received before enrollment can be confirmed. You will be contacted to confirm your registration and provided any further information you need. Joining classes mid-semester is welcomed as long as a class is not full. Your tuition will be prorated for you at the time you begin classes.

Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your Kindermusik experience after attending at least 5 classes, we'll refund or credit all of you tuition except for the cost of At-Home Materials, which are yours to keep and enjoy. Pro-rated tuition refunds are also given in case of withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances.

Missed Classes
Classes can be made up anytime within the semester you are enrolled in at any of our locations. Make up classes can be in their own age level, Family Time classes with a sibling, or siblings of the enrolled child are also welcomed to use the make up in a class level of their own age group.

Sick Kids and Parents
While sharing doesn't come naturally to children, unfortunately sharing germs seems an exception. Our teachers are on the lookout for symptoms and may ask you to come back at another time if they do not feel comfortable with the situation. It is best to stay home if you or your child is questionably, and just make up a class at a later time. If your child is exhibiting any of the following symptoms, please do everyone a favor (including yourself) and stay home.

*green or yellowish-green nasal discharge

*fever

*an undiagnosed rash

*vomiting in the 24 hour period prior to class that is not linked to allergies or preexisting conditions such as asthma

*diarrhea in the 24 hour period prior to class that is not linked to allergies or pre-existing conditions such as Crohn's Disease or IBS

*possibility of head lice present due to excessive scratching of the scalp and/or complaints of abnormal itchiness

*possibility of pink eye (conjunctivitis)
